Do my printed codes stop working if I cancel?
No. If you cancel, downgrade, or a payment fails and your plan ends, your account moves to the free plan and every existing dynamic code keeps redirecting to its current destination. If a payment fails, we notify you and retry; if it is still unpaid 14 days after our notice, we may downgrade your account or suspend paid features, and we will not delete your content because of a failed payment without further notice. A code stops only if you delete it or your account, remove a custom domain it uses, or we disable it for abuse. Read the terms
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing takes 20% off the monthly price and bills once a year. Monthly billing has no commitment. Prices on this page switch with the toggle at the top.
Which plan is right for my company?
Paid plans start at $79 a month on Pro. Teams and agencies running campaigns across regions fit Business, and large organizations with procurement or security review fit Enterprise. Talk to sales for custom terms.
What happens when I pass my monthly scan quota?
Redirects never stop. From Pro up, extra scans are billed at $8 per 10k scans and analytics keep logging full detail. Example: on Pro, 25,000 scans past the 100,000 included is 3 blocks, $24. On plans without overage, scans are still counted and redirected, but per-scan detail stops for the rest of the month.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings, then Billing, and cancel there. Your account moves to the free plan and your existing codes keep working.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Leads export to CSV from the dashboard, and from Pro up you can read your codes and their scans through the REST API. To get a copy of your personal data, contact us.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from Pro up. Connect your domain in Settings, then Domains and point its DNS to us. Codes printed on a custom domain work only while that domain stays connected.
