How does Qraffic know which order came from which QR code?
Each scan redirects to your store with utm_source=qraffic, utm_medium=qr and the code's id as utm_campaign. When an order comes in, Qraffic reads the visit that led to it from Shopify and matches it to the code. Codes linked to a discount code are also matched by the discount used.
Does it read my customers' personal data?
No. Qraffic does not read customer names or emails. Only orders matched to one of your codes are sent to Qraffic, and what is sent is the order number, total, currency, discount code and date.
What does the Free plan include?
Free includes 10 dynamic codes, 1,000 scans a month and 30 days of history. It shows how many orders each code drove. Revenue per code starts on the Starter plan.
What happens if I go over my scan limit?
On monthly paid plans, scans over the limit are billed at $1 per 5,000, with a ceiling you choose. On annual plans there is no overage. If a plan with no overage is over its limit, codes keep redirecting and analytics pause. A printed code never stops working.
