1.About these terms
These AI Terms apply when you use features of qraffic that are powered by artificial intelligence models ("AI Features"). They supplement our Terms of Service, which continue to apply. If the two conflict, these AI Terms control for AI Features.
2.Your inputs and outputs
"Input" is the content you submit to an AI Feature, such as prompts, files and instructions. "Output" is the content an AI Feature generates in response. Inputs and Outputs are your Customer Content under the Terms. As between you and us, you own your Inputs, and we assign to you any rights we have in Outputs.
Because of how AI models work, Output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar Output. Output may not be protected by copyright in some countries, and we do not promise that it is free of third-party rights. You are responsible for checking that you can use Output for your purposes.
3.How we use your data
We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train, retrain or fine-tune any AI model, and our model providers are contractually prohibited from doing so.
We process Inputs and Outputs only to provide the AI Features to you, keep them secure, prevent abuse and comply with law, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4.Model providers
AI Features are powered by models provided by Anthropic and OpenRouter, which act as our sub-processors. We send them only the content needed to generate a response. Providers may retain Inputs and Outputs for up to 30 days solely to detect and prevent abuse. We may change providers; changes are announced on our Sub-processors page.
5.Accuracy and human review
AI Features are probabilistic and can produce Output that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive or that sounds confident but is wrong. Output does not reflect our views and is not professional advice.
You must evaluate Output for accuracy and suitability before using it, including by having a person review it, and must not rely on it as the sole basis for decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on anyone, such as decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, education or healthcare.
6.Transparency and labelling
We design AI Features so that people know when they are interacting with an AI system rather than a person, consistent with Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act and similar laws. Images, audio and video generated by AI Features are marked in a machine-readable format, such as content credentials or metadata, as AI-generated.
If you use Output in a chatbot, publication or other context where people could be misled about its origin, you are responsible for disclosing that it was generated by AI where the law requires. You must not remove or alter labels, watermarks or metadata that identify content as AI-generated, and if you publish realistic AI-generated or manipulated images, audio or video of real people, places or events, you must clearly disclose that it is artificially generated.
7.Restrictions
You must use AI Features in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy, which includes specific rules for AI. You may not use AI Features, or Output, to develop models that compete with ours or our providers', or try to extract training data, system prompts or model weights. We may apply usage limits and content filters, and may block Inputs or Outputs that violate our policies.
8.Changes to these terms
AI technology and the law that governs it are changing quickly, so we may update these AI Terms, the models we use, and how AI Features work. We will notify you of material changes as described in our Terms of Service. We will not start using your Inputs or Outputs for model training without your prior consent.
