1.What a sub-processor is

To provide qraffic, we use carefully selected third-party service providers ("sub-processors") that may process personal information on our behalf, for example to host the Service or send email. Each one is bound by a written contract that requires it to protect the information, use it only to provide services to us, and meet data protection obligations at least as protective as ours, including those in our Data Processing Addendum. We remain responsible for their performance.

3.Changes to this list

We will update this page at least 30 days before a new sub-processor begins processing personal information, except in an emergency, such as replacing a provider that suddenly becomes unavailable, in which case we will update it as soon as possible. Business customers can subscribe to change notices by emailing privacy@qraffic.com with the subject line "Sub-processor updates".

Business customers may object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds, as described in our Data Processing Addendum. If we cannot reasonably accommodate the objection, the customer may terminate the affected part of the Service and receive a refund of prepaid fees for the remaining term.
