Accessibility Statement

Cuanto Labs LLC is committed to making qraffic accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control and keyboard-only navigation. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance, Section 508 and the European Accessibility Act.

qraffic is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, meaning some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. This statement was last reviewed on October 8, 2026.

• We build on accessible, semantic components with visible focus states and full keyboard support.
• We check color contrast, text resizing up to 200 percent and layouts at narrow widths.
• We provide text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for form fields and controls.
• We respect reduced-motion preferences and avoid content that flashes.
• We run automated accessibility checks and manual screen reader testing as part of development.
• We treat accessibility bugs as defects and prioritize fixing them.

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known issues include:

• Generated QR code images cannot carry alternative text once printed; the dashboard labels each code with its name and destination.
• Some scan analytics charts do not yet offer an equivalent data table.

The Service is designed to work with the current and previous major versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and with common assistive technologies including VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS and TalkBack. It relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA. Older browsers and assistive technologies may not be supported.

We aim to respond within 5 business days and to propose a fix or an accessible alternative. Reporting a barrier will never affect your account.

We review this statement at least once a year and whenever we make significant changes to the Service, and update the known limitations as we fix them.
