Plans and billing

qraffic has five plans: Free, Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise. Free costs nothing and needs no credit card. Paid plans start with a 14 day trial for first-time subscribers. Static QR codes are unlimited on every plan.

Features by plan:

• Starter and above: advanced analytics and custom QR styling.
• Pro and above: A/B tests, targeting rules, bulk CSV import, custom forms, API keys, custom domains, audit logs, and scan overage billing.
• Business and above: team access with invitations, and priority support.

How does yearly billing work?

Choose Yearly on the billing page to save 20%. The page then shows the monthly equivalent: $15 for Starter, $63 for Pro, and $199 for Business. If a plan has no yearly option, the page says so and offers to switch to monthly.

How does the free trial work?

Your first paid subscription starts with a 14 day trial. The trial is for accounts that have never had a subscription before. An account that has subscribed before does not get another trial.

What happens if I pass my scan limit?

Redirects never stop. On Pro and above, scans past your monthly limit are still fully recorded and billed in blocks of 10,000 scans at $8 per block started. On Free and Starter, scan detail stops for the rest of the month while the code's counter keeps counting. See scan analytics.

How do I upgrade, change plan, or cancel?

1. Open Settings, then Billing.
2. To upgrade, choose a plan, pick Monthly or Yearly, and subscribe. You complete payment on Stripe Checkout. Discount codes can be entered at checkout.
3. To change payment details, see invoices, or cancel, choose Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal.

Only the workspace owner can subscribe or open the portal. Everyone else can view the page. If you cancel Checkout, no change is made and you can subscribe any time. After a successful payment your plan can take a few seconds to update on the page.

What happens when I reach a plan limit?

Creating a dynamic code beyond your cap fails with a message telling you the limit. Your existing codes keep working. Upgrade, or pause and delete codes you no longer need, see dynamic QR codes.
